Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Process end-to-end payrolls for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to verify employee data and resolve discrepancies Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and social insurance contributions Address and resolve payroll-related queries and issues in a timely manner Stay updated with changes in EU and UK labour laws and payroll regulations to ensure compliance Benefits & Perks - Opportunity to work in the FinTech industry, and learn about our products - 5 weeks of vacation, 3 sick
