We are looking for an administrative support professional for a fast-track pharmaceutical project in Bohumil.Office AdministrationNáplň práce- Coordinate calendars, meetings, room bookings, and logistics- Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes- Maintain the action tracker and follow up on actions- Support document control and archiving; manage shared spaces in SharePoint and - Teams- Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination- Coordinate small events or workshops (materials, attendance, logistics)- Prepare simple reports and spreadsheetsPožadujeme- Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English- Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask- Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage- Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage- No technical background requiredCo nabízíme
