And at the center of that craft, we’re missing one important person: a Campaign Designer who can transform data into stories, merchant needs into campaigns, and ideas into measurable impact. If you love the intersection of data, marketing, human behavior, and creativity, this role was made for you. Your Mission You will become the architect of campaigns for our key merchants—designing, analyzing, and orchestrating campaigns that live directly inside banking apps. You’ll be the person who understands merchants deeply, the one who knows what motivates their customers, and the one who turns a spreadsheet full of behavior patterns into a strategy that works. What You’ll Do
- Design data-driven marketing campaigns for top merchants across the Dateio platform
- Understand each merchant’s world—their market position, customers, goals, and competitive landscape
- Join all campaign-related meetings with our sales representatives, bringing insight, curiosity, and structure
- Explore and segment our client data: purchase behavior, geography, shopping behaviour, demographics
- Create complete campaign concepts—strategy, segments, incentives, targeting.
- Brainstorm with Sales to refine and elevate campaign ideas
- Present your campaign designs directly to merchants
- Take end-to-end ownership: setup validation, mid-campaign monitoring, optimization, final evaluation
- Produce clear, meaningful results presentations for merchants
- Strong data analysis abilities
- Commercial thinking
- Understanding of customer psychology and segmentation
- Experience with data-driven or performance marketing
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Structured problem-solving
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a reliable “I’ll take care of it” attitude
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience in marketing or sales is a big plus
