Our clients include Switzerland Tourism, Salzburg Region, Bratislava, and Pilsner Brewery. We’re growing fast and looking for a goal-driven Sales Representative who combines ambition, independence, and persistence. If you’re the type who measures success in deals closed, not hours worked, you’ll fit right in. Your Mission: Sell SmartGuide’s award-winning B2B SaaS solution to destinations, attractions, and tour operators worldwide. You will:
- Own the entire sales cycle – prospect, present, negotiate, close, and hand over implementation
- Work both inbound leads and build your own pipeline through SDR activities
- Convert Sales Qualified Leads from the lead generation team into paying clients
- Maintain strong client relationships for retention, upsell, and references
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to fine-tune campaigns and strategies
- Are a driven closer who lives for results.
- Know how to structure your day and work smart with CRM and metrics.
- Stay positive under pressure — you’ll hear “no” often, but that’s the game.
- Speak Czech and English fluently.
- Ideally based in Prague (2× a week in office).
- High-commission pay: low base, uncapped earnings. Consistent closers earn 50–120k+ monthly.
